1. What we collect

Account data: your name and email, handled by our sign-in provider (Clerk). Deal data: the documents you upload and the figures you enter, plus the analyses generated from them, stored so you can reopen your deals. Payment data: purchases are processed by Whop; we receive only confirmation of what you bought, never your card details. Usage data: basic logs (pages, errors, timestamps) to keep the Service working.

2. How AI is used with your data

Two narrow AI features exist: extracting stated deal terms from your documents and notes, and narrating the results of our deterministic calculations. In both cases the AI only sees compact excerpts or computed aggregates. Tenant-level personal information from rent rolls (names, unit-level records) is never sent to any AI model. We do not use your documents or deal data to train AI models, and our AI provider (Anthropic) does not train on this API data either.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your deal documents with other users or third parties except the processors below. We do not send you anyone else's deals.

4. Service providers

We rely on: Clerk (authentication), Whop (payments), Railway (hosting and database), and Anthropic (AI features, as limited above). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

5. Retention and deletion

Your deals stay in your account so you can reopen them. To delete your account and its data, email contact@bluetagsolutions.com from your account email and we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal compliance.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and payment credentials never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at the address below if you suspect an issue.
